My team has two strong players as defenders (half), but the full backs and forwards are a bit weak. What would be the ideal positioning ?

I would agree that you have your strongest players in the heart of defence, and keep your weaker players at full back. Despite having "weak forwards", you should look to shut out any opposition goals, and try to catch them on the break. Qaz
