hands on hips, 10 on the spot jumps (knees bent to knees bent) immediately sprint 10 yards. at end stop backward bunny hop to start postion. Repeat 3 times. Increase number of jumps and distance as you get competent. You can replace start jumps for static block jumps, make sure they are instant rebounds.
